What is Mala Fide

Mala fide is a Latin term that means "in bad faith." It is used to describe actions or intentions that are dishonest or deceitful. In legal contexts, it often refers to behavior that is done with the intention of causing harm or taking advantage of someone in a dishonest or unfair way. For example, if someone enters into a contract mala fide, they might be acting in bad faith by hiding important information or by lying about their intentions. Mala fide behavior is generally considered to be unethical and may be grounds for legal action in some cases.
